Every player at this year's End of Season tournament will be required to complete a tournament waiver and wear an ankle band for the duration of the tournament. When the waiver is turned in by the player, an ankle band will be issued. NOTE: the player must be present to get the ankle band, the bands WILL NOT be given to parents or coaches. Anyone found to be playing without an ankle band will be asked to leave the game until one can be obtained.
Everyone should plan for extra time prior to their first game so they can check-in at the tournament desk and get ankle bands.
